Product Description

The recommended dose for classical nematode disease is a single oral dose of 200 μg/kg delivered with water. No additional dose is usually necessary, but follow-up is required to ensure eradication. Commonly used doses are as follows: for 15-24 kg, half a tablet (approximately 3 mg); for 25-34 kg, one tablet (approximately 6 mg); for 35-50 kg, one and a half tablets (approximately 9 mg); for 51-65 kg, two tablets (approximately 12 mg); for 66-79 kg, two and a half tablets (approximately 15 mg); and for >80 kg, 200 μg/kg. The recommended dose for onchocerciasis is 150 μg/kg orally in a single dose, delivered with water. The commonly used doses are as follows: for 15-24 g, half a tablet (about 3 mg); for 25-44 kg, one tablet (about 6 mg); for 45-64 kg, one and a half tablets (about 9 mg); for 65-84 kg, two tablets (about 12 mg); and for more than 80 kg, 150 μg/kg. hookworm infection in persons 14 years of age or older, a single oral dose of 12 mg ( For hookworm infection, 12mg (equivalent to 0.2mg/kg) should be given orally as a single dose; for those under 14 years old, 6mg should be given orally as a single dose; for roundworm infection, 6mg (equivalent to 0.1mg/kg) should be given orally as a single dose for those over 14 years old; for those under 14 years old, 3mg should be given orally as a single dose; for whipworm infection, 12mg (equivalent to 0.2mg/kg) should be given orally as a single dose; for those under 14 years old, 6mg should be given orally as a single dose. 12mg (equivalent to 0.2mg/kg) orally; 6mg orally for those under 14 years of age.
